EQ for the Heights

A group experience of training and coaching for leaders who want to grow in emotional IQ and communication skills to get to the next level. Dr. Gerdin provides each person individual feedback from the Hogan Assessment with specific recommendations for growth. Afterwards, this group meets for six total meetings (once a month) to learn critical skills, hear insights of peers in similar situations, and find new perspectives to solve problems.
