I’m Dr. Tyler Gerdin, founder of Mountain North Coaching and Consulting. Based in Spokane, Washington, I work with clients locally and virtually across the U.S. and internationally. As a board-certified clinical psychologist and ICF-certified executive coach, I’ve spent more than 15 years helping people navigate change, leadership, and growth.
Before founding Mountain North, I spent over a decade as a clinical psychologist — sitting with people in their most challenging and transformative moments. I learned how to listen beneath the surface, identify blind spots, and help people move from reaction to clarity. Today, I bring that same depth of understanding to the world of leadership coaching.
